Any cause of action or claim users may have with respect to the site or services (applications) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. The LDB’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision in these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of the Agreement. You may not assign the Terms or any of your rights or obligations under the Terms without the LDB’s express written consent. The LDB may assign its rights and duties under these Terms to any party at any time without notice to users. The Terms inure to the benefit of the LDB’s successors, assigns and licensees. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

8. Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of the Services or other user or usage information or any portion thereof.

The LDB reserves the right at any time and from time-to-time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that the LDB shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

You may use and copy the documents (such as policy manuals, press releases, datasheets and FAQs) made available on this Web site subject to the following:

1. The below copyright notice appears in all copies and that both the copyright notice and this permission notice appear.
